Officially launched in 2003, Simply Audiobooks has been very successful by offering its members a high-quality service and excellent customer support. The site has many unique features not found on most competing audio book download sites. Average email response time is 23 minutes, and 90% of phone calls are answered by a human being on the first ring.
Simply Audiobooks is the most unique site that we've seen to date. There are recommended lists, top-seller lists, staff picks, an audio blog with 1 minute audio book reviews, a community forum, and a free audio book of the month club. We really think they're doing something right over there.
The Site
Once you land on the home page of Simply Audiobooks, you'll immediately recognize that this site will be a breeze to navigate. There are four main tabs where you can access the download club, the rental club, browse titles, and have instant access to your account. Just to the right of the main navigation is a search bar where you may do a basic or advanced search to find the audio book titles that you are interested in.
One of the reasons Simply Audiobooks is unique is that you may download, rent, or even purchase audio books. Depending on what plan (download or rent) you sign up for, the way the site works will differ.
