Complete Review of Zdag Audio Books
Zdag is unique in that they allow you rent audio books, music CDs, movies, and games all from a single site with a single rental plan. It is the only site if its kind that currently exists on the web. Zdag saw a need for a rental service that dealt with all major media. As a result, customers are able to have one and only one rental subscription plan allowing for convenient and money-saving entertainment.
The site is set up with tabs across the top of the site corresponding to movies, games, CDs, and audio books. Zdag also allows you to purchase anything that's available in their inventory. The purchase prices are extremely competitive, beating out even the largest players in the audio book market. You most likely will not find lower-priced audio books anywhere else, with the exception of Audible in conjunction with a discounted plan.
The Site
Zdag Audiobooks is set up in a fairly straightforward manner, with separate areas of the site corresponding to games, music, movies, and audio books. However, the site is fairly confusing to navigate. For example, if you follow the link to an audio book you'll be presented with teh option to rent or buy. If you click the rent button, you are prompted to login or create a user account, without ever being presented with rental plans or pricing.
In fact, the rental plans and pricing is somewhat difficult to find. You'll have to click on the help link or FAQ link in order to find them.
Dispatch Locations
There is only one dispatch location the Zdag operates from. It is located in California. If you live a fair distance from the western United States, it can take up to 5 days to receive your audio book rentals. This is most likely longer than most people would like to wait.
Zdag does offer a very large variety of plans and pricing structures. These plans are all universal for renting audio books, music CDs, movies, or video games.

Overall, there are too many plans which are somewhat confusing, contributing to the overall 3-star rating. However, if you're wishing to purchase your audio book titles, Zdag is a good choice.
